Job Title: Executive Housekeeper
Location: Nashville, TN
Schedule: Full-Time (Typically M-F 8am-6pm with flexibility and overtime)
Compensation: $35+ DOE

Qualifications:
• Willingness and eagerness to learn. Team player.
• Offer attention to detail in regards to clients specific preferences. Many duties will be specific to the location they are working in.
• Past professional experience in housekeeping
• Good listener and positive attitude. No job is too big or too small.
• Tremendous work ethic and hard worker. Simply someone that enjoys working hard and staying busy.
• Someone that truly enjoys cleaning on a daily basis. Cleaning and the results of cleaning make them happy.
• Professional and flexible
• Have knowledge of and or research proper cleaning products for specialty items like fine furnishings, antiques, and collectables.
Duties / Responsibilities:
• Maintain high set cleaning standards
• Maintain proper appearance of the home
• Performing hands-on meticulous cleaning in every area of the house – including and not limited to cleaning the kitchen, bath, and living areas; dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing.
• Zone the home for regular rotating cleaning
• Organizational tasks – organization and cleaning refrigerators, freezers, pantries.
• Making beds & changing linens
• Laundry
• Manage and assist with guest accommodations
• Report any repair and maintenance needs to the employer
• Accept residence deliveries
• Answer the door, greet and assist guests
• Assist with entertaining and special events
• Assist with cleaning at family farm. Structures to be cleaned include two small 900 sq ft cabins and recreational barn with small kitchen and bath.
• Assist with cleaning two tour buses. Including changing linens.
• Occasional housesitting
• Dog sitting, dog care, dog food prep if needed
About the Company
Family seeking an experienced, trained housekeeper for a private residence(s) that can maintain the client’s home in pristine condition. This person is very attentive to detail and will represent the family and assets in a professional, discreet manner at all times. They can work well both alone and as part of a team. They are responsible for helping uphold the client’s high standards of all housekeeping duties, including deep cleaning of all rooms, and caring for fine furniture and antiques. The ideal candidate will be committed to the housekeeper role for a long time and will have a proven track of longevity in previous positions.
